I train at ATC because of the focused and personalized attention from Connie. As a life-long alpine skier, basketball player, cyclist and runner, my fitness developed in a very unbalanced way. Lots of legs and lungs, no core or upper body. The result has been extreme reduction in hip mobility resulting in years of chronic pain in legs, back, and hips. Connie's scrutinization of an individual athlete's form allows her to customize and fine tune an athletes workout. This unique talent, coupled with a disciplined and strategic overall schedule, has resulted in the virtual elimination of pain, joined with balanced strength that I have never seen in my life.
